❥ All parcels within Belgium are sent via bpost, to the Netherlands via PostNL.
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Ideally, your order would be delivered to your home the next business day.
❥ Latte Mamiato is not liable for late, damaged, or lost packages delivered to bpost or PostNL. We are, of course, happy to investigate what went wrong with the shipping company.
Shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands is €6.50 and free for orders over €150. Feel free to email us if you'd like shipping to another country.

❥ Send an email to neftis@lattemamiato.com within 14 days of receipt. Please provide your order number and your return option: size/color exchange or refund. If you would like a different size or color, we will ship the new items after receiving your return.
❥ Bring your order in the original or other suitable packaging to the post and send it to this address: Latte Mamiato, Berlaarbaan 426, 2861 OLV-Waver, Belgium.
❥ You'll pay the shipping costs for your return to Latte Mamiato. We'll then send you your new item(s) at our expense.
❥ We only accept returns of unworn and unwashed items. Returns are at your own risk.

Wash your t-shirt at 30°C. Let it dry on a drying rack. The dryer is a no-go, as our items shrink in it.

You can find the measurements of our items by size using our size chart (click here) . Our t-shirts generally run large, and a larger cup size is calculated into the size.
